2018 has been an exciting year for Playamedia! We welcomed new team members, kicked off a brand new product ( and explored new acquisition channels for our other products.

But just wait until you read the highlights of this year!



Kicked off our own Affiliate Program

We kicked off the year with our own Affiliate Program for products,,, and To promote it, we attended several affiliate events such as the Affiliate Summit in Las Vegas, The European Summit in Lisbon and the Affiliate World in Barcelona. We also hosted two networking events in our beautiful office facing Barcelona beach. One of the events was held during the Mobile World Congress and the other in July during the Affiliate World event. We would be happy to invite you for upcoming events too. Our team made some waves this year. They stocked up their team, attended the eroticon event and published a few amazingly raunchy promo videos which were viewed over 50k times in total. Not bad for a niche product 😉 Podcasts and book


It was an exciting year for the community management team who published their first book about dating experiences, titled “Die Sexflüsterer”, which means “the sex whisperer”. The book was advertised at Germany’s largest Bookfair in October. The team also published their own podcasts and tested a few new acquisition channels.



Kicked off

Our latest product, is being worked on by a dedicated team and has already been presented at this year’s Websummit. is a platform to cultivate a safe and supportive community and share tools, practices and experiences that empower everyone to live happy and fulfilled lives. It combines an online learning platform with a community platform. We’re currently in the process of onboarding new teachers to the academy and getting ready to launch very soon.



Extending Advertising Sales


With a growing product base comes the opportunity to sell more advertising space. As a basis for this, we have set up clear advertising guidelines. Our media rate sheets have been updated, and we’ve opened new ad channels in our paid member section. Advertisers can now target age checked users and we also have the possibility of selling a lot more of our traffic. Please contact us should you be interested in buying traffic.



Growing Social Media


We’ve increased our social media activities not only for all of our brands to engage our users but also for PlayaMedia itself to inform you about the daily goings on in our office.
