The purpose of this 6-month internship is to help continue building a BR/PT-speaking community through engaging content, outstanding copy, and a user-centred approach.

The ideal person for this job is a student looking to gain experience in a digital media environment, while practicing their creativity in copywriting, content creation, language skills and communication within the community and target audience. With our support and direction, you’ll be helping the FET app conquer the world of Fetish & BDSM.

What are we looking for?

We’re searching for a native Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Intern to join our team at our beachfront office in Barcelona for a 6-month project working on our app FET, managing the kinky community in Brazil.

Your typical day will include:

• Fostering user engagement, retention, and satisfaction by adapting regular content to BR/PT across all communication channels according to content plan and project localization.
• Reducing the support ticket volume per user by providing solutions to BR/PT users, replying to their tickets in a timely manner.
• Ensuring a good-quality moderation of the BR/PT Forum & Chat.
• Improving our app store ratings on Google Play Store and the App Store through solution-oriented responses to our BR/PT app reviews delivered on the dot.
• Leading and ensuring the good execution of certain community actions in all languages.
• Together with the Influencer Marketing Manager, spreading the brand’s presence beyond the community across social media channels by fostering authentic relationships with BR/PT influencers.

This job might be for you if you tick the following boxes…

• You’re a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with excellent writing skills and a high level of English.
• Perhaps: Studies and/or experience in translation, localization, journalism, advertising, online marketing, community management or other language-related fields.
• You are creative, solution-oriented, reliable and organised.
• Additional language skills are an advantage (preferably Spanish or German).
• A team player and a good listener with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn.
• You’re broad-minded and understand the terms ‘kinky’ and ‘sex-positive’.
• Genuine interest in knowing more about all things fetish, BDSM, and alternative lifestyles.
• And, of course… you have a great sense of humour 🙂

• Flexible Hours: 40 hours/week. Starting no later than 10 am.
