We are looking for a Senior Mobile Growth Marketing Manager in our Performance Marketing team, which contributes to the growth and nurturing of our online communities and our Organization. The ideal candidate is a good team player, but with the ability to work independently. 

About the job

As a Senior Mobile Growth Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with our product teams and data analysts to implement holistic growth marketing strategies, including ASO (App Store Optimization) and ASA (App Store Advertising). You will be mainly responsible for filtering out the traffic sources suitable for our brands by researching and testing, optimizing ongoing campaigns and managing relations with the partners, measuring performance and translating the data into actionable decisions. 

 

What you will do

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms ASA, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels to maximize ROI.
  • Stay informed about ASA best practices, industry trends, and new features to remain competitive and achieve optimal results.
  • Develop and implement ASO strategies with the goal of enhancing app store rankings and increasing visibility.
  • Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-impact keywords, and optimize app descriptions, titles, and graphics to improve organic app discovery.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign targeting and optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
  • Create and A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure alignment between advertising materials and campaign goals.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, attend relevant conferences and networking events, apply best practices, and incorporate them into campaign strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with Data and Product Team, issue change requests for high impact 
  • Negotiate media contracts, rates, and placement to secure cost-effective and high-impact advertising opportunities.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Fluent English is a must, German language is a plus 
  • Min. 5+ years experience in Mobile Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and a technical understanding
  • Experience with Programmatic/DSP Media buying
  • Experience in ASA, ASO, Google Ads, TikTok, Meta advertising 
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and exceptional time management
  • Positive outlook and ability to influence others positively
  • Ability to create reports and tables in Google Sheets and Excels
  • Experience in marketing the adult industry is a plus 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven and results-orientated
  • Effective reporting and presentation skills
  • A good understanding of tracking technology and strong skill in iOS Advertising/SKAdNetwork attribution
